PREMIUM RAINFALL MONITORING FEATURES AND PRICING

You are purchasing a service plan based on WaterWatch PRO rainfall features. Each plan for this mobile app lets you define locations in multiples of 5 for the Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels, respectively. 

For example, if you need 10 locations at the Silver level, multiply the package price by 2. Your monthly payment will be $36 (2 packages x $18/month).

WaterWatch PRO begins monitoring your defined rainfall location when you create your paid account. If you started a free trial and upgraded, monitoring for your trial location continues, along with the new locations you add. You will be charged each month for the entire month, regardless of the day in the month rainfall monitoring began.

You may upgrade to one of WaterWatch PRO's Premium Services at any time before your FREE trial expires. 

From your dashboard, go to Settings and then Account. Change from trial to the desired service level. You will go to a checkout page where you enter your credit card.

You may choose to move between service levels at any time. Within this mobile app, choose Settings from the Main Menu. Then select Account, where you will see your current level and choose either of the others. 

If you change service levels within a month, your billing for the next month will be at the new level. For example, if you begin with Silver and decide to upgrade to Gold halfway through the month, you will be billed at the Gold level starting with the billing cycle for the next month.

We get it - stormwater monitoring projects end. If you no longer need our state-of-the-art mobile app, contact us to cancel your subscription. Even if you remove all of your rainfall locations, we will continue to charge your account monthly until we hear from you.
